Victims and their families and friends are often reluctant to discuss mental illness or

reach out for help because of denial, embarrassment, stigma, or lack of understanding. I’ve

written "When Brilliance and Madness Collide: Bipolar Disorder Without Boundaries" in hopes that my story will help them, as well as law enforcement and the general public, to love, understand, and provide care and protection for the mentally ill. I will post a publication date later.
